Return, Change of Mind and Refund Policy

We offer a 30 days Return Policy.

Change of Mind Returns 
Option of an Exchange or Refund.
Items must be returned in a NEW and UNUSED Condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns of Headphones and Personal Care products
Due to health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones and personal care products can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened or faulty.
For health and hygiene reasons change of mind returns can only be actioned if they are completely sealed and unopened.

Delivery Error
An AusPost Return label will be emailed, at your convenience please take the parcel to your local post office.
Option of having the correct item sent out or having the order cancelled.
Correct item will be sent via Express due to error. 
If choose to cancel a refund will be issued once the incorrect item is received back into our warehouse.

Advertised Error
We will assist in supplying a suitable replacement if available or a Refund will be issued.
Incorrect item will need to be returned.
An AusPost Return label will be emailed, please at your convenience take the parcel to your local post office.

DOA Products
Any goods received Dead on Arrival must be reported within 14 days of delivery date.
We will Replace/Exchange or offer a refund as per the customer request.

Warranty Claims
All products are sold with Manufactures warranty.
Please note any issues out of the 14 days DOA period we must follow manufactures warranty conditions.
Please contact us for the correct warranty procedure.

Damaged Goods 
Any Item received Damaged on delivery should be reported. 
An AusPost Return label will be emailed, please at your convenience take the parcel to your local post office.
We will Replace/Exchange or offer a refund as per the customer request.

Please note with all returns
Any bonus or promotional gifts must also be returned with the item.
For returns with missing parts, have been opened or damaged products may be rejected and fee will be charged.
