When you shop at NAPF instore or online we can offer the following delivery services.
Our products are delivered via Australia Post, TNT Express, Sydney Metro Delivery Service.
Delivery is available to most areas but is limited to the following:
Major appliances ( Fridges & Washers) - Available for Sydney Metropolitan areas only
TV's - Available for Metro Areas Australia wide - Conditions apply
Cooking Appliances - Available for Metro Areas Australia wide - Conditions apply
Currently we do not offer delivery for Major Appliances, Cooking Appliances or TV's for Northern Territory, Rural, Remote locations,Christmas Island & Norfolk Island.
At the moment we do not offer international shipping.

If the products you have purchased are in stock at the time of checkout then delivery of the product will occur as follows:
Majority of online sales will be delivered via Australia Post, all items are sent with tracking and signature on delivery. Larger items are sent via TNT Express.
For larger items sent via TNT Express you may request a specific delivery day between Monday to Friday, we will notify you should we be unable to deliver on the day you have chosen. Please note we are unable to request delivery times.
In store Orders
For orders placed in store for delivery will be arranged by Australia Post for smaller items and Sydney Metropolitan Courier delivery service - larger items are delivered by Metro courier service, A delivery day and delivery AM/PM time can be selected, on the day of delivery the driver will call 1 hour before delivery.
Change of delivery details
If you have already placed an order and you wish to change your delivery address you may contact our Customer Service Team to amend the delivery details.

If you are not home to accept delivery
Deliveries by Australia Post will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection. For orders sent via TNT Express a notification card will be left to call and rebook delivery.
For instore orders please notify the store to change your delivery day.
Stock availability representations whether graphical or text on the NAPF website are accurate as of our last known stock level at our warehouses or with the manufacturer and is subject to change without notice.
If the products you have purchased are not in stock at the time of checkout, your purchase will be placed on backorder and your purchase will be delivered once stock is available for dispatch. We will notify you if this is the case and arrange a delivery date with you.
